Production Enterprise starts paid immediately. The accepted catalog permits a free, configuration-only preview for up to 30 days; production use and dedicated tenancy remain disabled.

Only active human members count as seats; invitations, agents, and service identities do not. Business has a 14-day no-card trial. Production Enterprise has no trial; its free configuration preview is non-production only. Seat increases prorate immediately and reductions apply at renewal. Personal and Business cancellation takes effect at the next billing renewal; Enterprise cancellation takes effect at the exact twelve-month commitment boundary. No refunds are issued automatically.
