Annual commitment terms — prelaunch status

No annual commitment agreement is currently offered

Production checkout remains disabled. Selecting annual Personal or Business billing, or an Enterprise annual commitment, will require a separately versioned, counsel-approved agreement and an explicit clickwrap acceptance recorded with the checkout. Accepting the general Terms of Service alone will not satisfy that gate.

Recorded launch requirements

The effective agreement must state the service term, billing cadence, renewal boundary, seat-change treatment, cancellation timing, taxes, overages, suspension, termination, refund policy, and any order-form precedence. Enterprise monthly invoices do not shorten its twelve-month commitment.

Current accepted commercial policy

Personal and Business may be billed monthly or annually. Enterprise is billed monthly under a twelve-month commitment. Seat increases use normal proration, reductions apply at renewal, cancellation takes effect at the applicable renewal or commitment boundary, and refunds are not automatic. These catalog rules do not create a contract before counsel approval and production clickwrap activation.
