No service level agreement is currently offered

TOVIO Cloud is not generally available. The catalog's 99.99% availability figure is a target for the Enterprise dedicated add-on, not a present uptime claim, warranty, or service commitment. Production checkout cannot offer that add-on until evidence and legal gates pass.

Recorded launch requirements

The counsel-approved agreement must identify covered hosted surfaces, the measurement source and window, exclusions, scheduled-maintenance rules, incident severities, response targets, service credits, claim procedure, and liability limits. Customer-run clients, identity and model providers, and BYO runners require explicit shared-responsibility treatment.

Independent status evidence

Launch acceptance requires independent synthetic monitoring, public incident history, subscriber notifications, maintenance notices, and a rehearsed incident workflow on status.tovio.dev. No uptime history is fabricated on this site.
